Bruce was raised in Los Angeles (Hollywood) and witnessed the growth of population and automobiles. His concern was safety in the streets and highways which lead him to become involved in various car clubs to organize “safe car drives”. His passion for automobiles and restoration lead him into automotive refinishing products. His is the President and CEO of EUROPA Automotive Refinishing Products which is located in Toluca Lake, Ca.

Bruce is very active and involved in Law Enforcement Associations such as
11-99 Foundation (CHP), California State Sheriff Association and VTAC.

Bruce was introduced to VTAC by his friend Greg Meyer who founded VTAC and asked him to participate in the annual car show event in 2008. Bruce became a Board member in 2009. Bruce also served 2 terms (4 years) as Board of Director for the Ferrari Owners’ Club.
