Victor joined the VTAC board in 2010. Victor has always wanted to find a way to give back to the community and feels as though he has accomplished this through the great work and efforts of the VTAC organization. Victor’s passion is the safety of the community and is excited about the opportunity to be directly involved.

Professionally, Victor is a Sales Zone Director for Frito-Lay, Inc.
